This is Tamara Willing's
first year at Round Top and she is extremely excited to be a part of
the Related Arts Team!
Tamara Willing recently graduated with a Bachelor's
and Masters from the University of South Carolina where she studied
Elementary Music Education. Through USC's masters
program, Ms. Willing taught music for one year at St. Peter's Catholic
School and at USC's Child Development Center. Last year she taught
music courses at Columbia College and most recently presented her
master's thesis, Kindergarten students’ tonal pattern creativity and
developmental music aptitude at the GIML International Music Conference
in Chicago.
In her spare time, Ms. Willing works at the
store she co-owns in Five Points, Villa Brazil. She speaks Spanish
conversationally and is working on her Portuguese. She enjoys exploring
and learning new things, adventure, traveling around the world, and of
course, dancing, singing, and learning more about music!
